The Heyday Road is an international ultramarathon held in Greece, featuring two routes: Sparta - Ancient Olympia (165.96 km) and Sparta - Megalopoli (72.80 km). The race is characterized by paved roads and minimal dirt paths, with checkpoints equipped with supplies and medical support. The route passes through the village of Georgitsi, the highest point at 900 meters above sea level, offering a unique ultramarathon experience with cultural and historical significance. The race is conducted under strict medical and police supervision, with time limits at major checkpoints.

The race lasts up to 27 hours (15 hours for the route to Megalopoli). Major checkpoints Pelana, Megalopoli, and Andritsaina have time limits and disqualification rules for athletes who do not comply.
