10ο Πέρασμα Του Αποστόλου Παύλου

The 10th Anniversary Running Race "The Passage of Apostle Paul" is organized by the Holy Metropolis of Kitrus, Katerini, and Platamonas, the Municipality of Pydna-Kolindros, and the Athletic Cultural Club of N. Pieria "Zeus". The race covers a distance of 10,000 meters and takes place on a paved route passing through the villages of Methoni and Makrygialos. The start is from the Holy Church of Apostle Paul in the central square of Methoni, and the finish is at Ancient Pydna. It is a beautiful route with small ascents and descents, marked along its entire length.

The race is under the auspices of the Hellenic Federation of Folk Mass Sports and Ultra-distance Races. Cultural clubs and local organizations participate. Runners of all distances and sports enthusiasts are invited to run or walk the route. It takes place on June 20, 2026, with start and finish at Ancient Pydna, and includes cultural and athletic activities.
