Race description
The Coast to Coast Race in Ierapetra, Crete, is a half marathon of 21.100 meters starting from Pachia Ammos beach and ending at Minos Square in Ierapetra. The route crosses the narrowest point of Crete, passing through picturesque villages and the Chara Gorge, while the last kilometers offer a view of the city's main attractions. Simultaneously, 5,000-meter races and a 1,000-meter children's race are organized, providing a comprehensive athletic experience for all. The race has a cultural and touristic character and is organized by the Ierapetra Health Runners Club.

Transportation for athletes participating in the half marathon is provided by organization buses from Minos Square until 8:00 a.m. The 5,000-meter race and the Health & Power Walking 5,000-meter race start and finish at Minos Square in Ierapetra. There is also a 1,000-meter children's race. The event includes running and walking races, routes through scenic areas, and preparatory activities. Participants can enjoy the beautiful nature and welcoming climate of Crete.
