5η Γιορτή Αθλητισμού Δήμου Γαύδου

The 5th Gavdos Municipality Sports Festival is an open celebration of grassroots sport held on the island of Gavdos during the three-day Holy Spirit holiday. The event promotes a healthy lifestyle and fair play, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to take part. The road races follow routes that showcase the island’s natural beauty and trails, offering a unique experience at the southernmost point of Europe. The event has become an established institution, with high participation and excellent organization.

The event includes races for adults and children, with timing for adults but not for children. Participation exceeds 130–150 people, and the event has been highly successful and established as an institution. It takes place during the three-day Holy Spirit holiday and promotes fair play and a healthy lifestyle. Off-road races; participation for those over 15 with parental responsibility; and registrations for the 10 km, 6 km, and 1 km races subject to personal responsibility and acceptance of the participation terms.
