Race description
The 4th Thysia Race "Kakolyri 1944" is a running event that honors the memory of the victims of the Holocaust in the village of Taxiarches in 1944. It is organized by the Municipality of Kymi - Aliveri and the Cultural Association of Taxiarches, with support from local cultural groups and communities. It includes a half marathon of 21 km, a 5 km race, and a children's race of 1.2 km, with routes passing through historic villages and natural landscapes. The race offers electronic timing, commemorative medals and t-shirts, as well as full support with refreshment stations and medical coverage.

The event includes technical descriptions, GPX route maps, historical information, participant details, and support from volunteers and organizations such as the Hellenic Red Cross and the Evia Runners Association.
