Race description
The Pantavrechei Mountaineering Club is organizing the 10th consecutive edition of the Riverside Races on August 2, 2026, in Prodromos, Evrytania. These are mixed river-crossing and trail races, with two routes of 8 and 14 kilometers starting at Dipotama Prousou and finishing in the square in Prodromos. The course includes sections through the water, trails with 350 meters of elevation gain, and two water stations. The event is co-organized with the Evrytania Regional Unit and the Municipality of Karpenisi, under the auspices of the SEGAS Association of Central Greece.
